DONT CARE ATTITUDE

While driving a warning light appeared on cluster and steering function was inhibited..Seeing as car was under warranty i drove into a VW service centre and asked if i could have my car looked at..The woman at bookings just blatantly said that they are too busy now and that i have to book in the car in a week and a halfs tym..This was just pathetic service..i had to drive 125kms away to another dealer and they never turn me away and even said that it was dangerous driving all that way with a faulty vehicle..VW should really take this up with that branch as its an embarrassment to their brand..
