Don't buy a VW car, they have the worst after service.

I bought a new car from them in 2018, just after a year with only 17,000KM their poorly build vehicle died, apparently the patrol pump died. I of cause called them to attempt to repair the car. Today four days later I had to go to their dealership to ask for feedback as to when will the car be fixed.

I got there and I was told the patrol pump hasn’t arrived this is after 3 working days, the most horrible parts ordering system I have ever seen with car dealers. I asked the Service advisor why she didn’t call me, she said she was too busy. If you’re too busy to offer after service don’t built poor quality cars.

You are inconveniencing me, I can’t take my kids to school, I can’t get to work and you are too busy to care. I tried talking to the manager who seemed not to care too.

Don't spend over R250K on a car, that only has a life span of 17 000 Km's.
