Don't take your car to Volkswagen Hatfield NorthCliff for any maintainance

My car had an EPC warning light that resulted a car to drag and lose power, it couldn't exceed 100 speed on high way. Then I took it to Volkswagen Hatfield NorthCliff for maintenance, and they created a Job Card to resolve the issue, and the car remained with them for about 2 months fixing it and I was told after the diagnosis that the cylinder head needs to be replaced and that my wiring needs to be repaired because of rat damage, and I gave them a go ahead to fix it, of which they did and I also asked them to do a major service as well of which they claim they've done, and I paid R25080.00 for everything. Then on the day of collection (the car) I told them I won't drive the car immediately cause I was on leave and I told them I will drive it when I come back from the holidays. After the holidays I drove the car for 3 days and decided to check for oil and water in the car (Normal Routine when pouring petrol) and the Petrol Attendant showed me that the oil stick it completely dry meaning the car doesn't have oil at all (Mind you the car was from the major service that week - (The week of the 24th April 2017) and he poured 3 liters of oil and then I drove more than 500km that weekend (5-7 May 2017) during the weekend the car started losing power and it couldn't pick up the speed and the inspection warning light appeared (INSP). I waited for Monday ( 8 May 2017) to call Volkswagen Hatfield NorthCliff and alert them of the oil issue (That they forgot to pour oil and I had to refill with 3 liters) and of the inspection warning light that's on. They then took in the car for further inspection and then poured the oil and from there the car seemed to be okay because the inspection warning light was off. Then on Tuesday the 9th May 2017 the car started losing power again and showed the EPC warning light again (The main reason why I brought in the car from the first place - initial problem that I had before they took in the car 2 months back) yet they claimed they fixed the car. So I went to Volkswagen Hatfield NorthCliff today again (10th May 2017) to tell them about the EPC warning light that ia back again and they refused to fix it instead they told me they need to charge me additional fees again to re-fix (Mind you I've already paid R25080) for this issue to be solved, then my query was; if the initial issue was the same EPC warning light and the car losing power, and they claimed they’ve fixed it then why only a week later after they "fixed" the car, I experience the same problem? Clearly they fixed the wrong things and forgot to look at the main problem.

Therefore I can't pay again for the same thing, I expect them to attend to my car immediately and fix it cause I've already paid, and that's what they are refusing to do.
