DON'T NEED THE BUSINEESS

In early Feb my daughter and I went into Fury Dealership in Cresta - and enquired about the Beetle DSG Sport. We dealt with Nicky who seemed ultra efficient at the time, and said she would contact us on either the Monday or Tuesday with regards to test driving one and a breakdown of the costs of all the additions we required to the vehicle. Needless to say we never heard from her again, and by the next Friday had contacted Yeardley at Hatfield Bryanston, arranged a test drive and ordered the vehicle on the Saturday. The cost of the vehicle was R396 000 - so obviously Fury don't need the business. I have tried on a few occassions to contact the dealer Principal of Fury - Jock Green, and the sales Manager Jaco, but have been told by the receptionist that I can only get hold of them on their cell phones which they don't answer and when it comes to give messages, says this option is not available. Jack up your service Fury - you lost a deal!
