DO NOT CARE OF CUSTOMERS

The service from VW is pathetic, they do not care what their customers are going through & it is never their fault. Do I regret buying a VW,,,YES!!!!!! Took my car is 5 December 2014, only received it back 21 January 2015. They had to replaces valves after having my Insurance pay for a camchain which wasn't the problem. Now my engine light is playing games with me cause now its on then its off. Even my car's turbo is messed up due to this. Has taken the car back numerous times since January but they do not know what the problem is, they even told us it is a plug. Evertime the car comes back there is something missing or more damaged. Even my engine seems to leak oil. I have logged a complaint with VW SA & Ombudsman as well even waiting on them for an outcome,,,,The Service of VW is going down the drain day by day.
