DO NOT BUY VW

Long story short...MY wife bought a new Polo from Hatfield in May 2022. We noticed the hatch was totally mis-alligned and we contacted James from Hatfield VW. He said contact Vw Sa. We did. They said contact VW Claremont for the assessment we did. Vw Claremont sent it to Farbers for repairs...Came back same not fixed but damage to hatch tint and scratches. Vw Utenhage Manager was here so he had a look at it and confirmed it was skew and saw other issues also. VW Claremont sent the car for 2 other assessments and it was confirmed it was skew. Called Thando at Vw SA and he rep**** to send car back to VW Claremont for assessments and repairs...***. Called Vw Claremont Steven and he said I will get back to you...three weeks ago. We called him many times and he called us once or twice back saying Looking into it. Waiting on JD to also call us back...*** This is a new car ,carpets coming loose, drivers window when closed seems open when you drive as the wind blows in, Radio goes on and off ,rear view camera works when it feels like it and second gear just pops out anytime when driving. We notified you 4 months after we received the car and you are stalling it is a year later...WE WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER
