DO NOT BUY A VW T-CROSS - Poor aftersales service.

I am very disappointed in the serviced received from Volkswagen. I bought a 2021 T- cross R-line on 15 000Km and at 17500km it started giving me problems with the clutch. Its like there is air in the system or the master sleeve is faulty. They checked my car and said that they could not find the fault. After that i still had the problem but it only happens sometimes like when there is a lot of traffic. I took the car back again for 3 times after that. The last time the car was there for about 3 weeks, they said that they took out the parts and cleaned it, and that the car would be fine now. Keep in mind i still had a maintenance plan. Took the car and after a while the issue popped up again, I told the dealership, and their only response was sorry to hear. I then reached out to Volkswagen SA again to assist me with this recurring issue. My car now stands on 62 000 and out of the maintenance plan but still in warranty. They advised me to take the car back to the dealer where i presented the issue, which i did not want to do due to the poor service. But i comp****. My car was there for two weeks, the dealer with one story and the Sa Agent with another, Now i have to pay R6500 for them to first strip the car and conclude what the problem is. meaning for two weeks nothing has been done??? Why should i pay now? As this issue was never resolved in the first place?
