DO NOT BUY A T-CROSS

Please explain to me, we bought a 2020 model T-cross in September 2020, 3 months later the rubbers on both front doors are burst open which is now apparently our problem and VW refuses to fix it. What is the purpose of a warranty and paying monthly for extended warranty if you cant even replace two door rubbers.

And then they quot around 8k to fix the rubbers which you need to pay out of your pocket..

NO WAY!!!!!

My next car will definitely not be a VW.

Poor quality for expensive prices.
