DO I REALLY HAVE TO BUY A FUSE LIST?

I walked into VW BENONI CITI inquiring about the fuse list on my Jetta MK5. The gentleman at the parts department showed me a format in which it is displayed on their screens and advised me to go to the service adviser's desk. The gentleman advised me that only the service manager can do that. Whilst waiting for my turn in theService Manager's office, she (I assume it's her) walked acrross to the other office where the photo copying machine is and asked me if she can of be assistance! Upon explaining my situation, she told me that they are not allowed to give out that information, and referred me to erwin website, which her colleague wrote on a piece of paper (erwin webside), I am only writing what was on the paper.

At that point in time, I asked why aren't they comimg out with cars like the Jetta Mk2, to which she responded thatt they never did. There was never the slightest interest in finding out what the specific problem was with my fuses, or my car! A blown fuse can result in many things of which the cheapest can be a fine from a traffic official. I can even be dragged along the road by a truck or bumped by any vehicle because my break lights are malfunctioning!

Am I supposed to buy my fuse list for a R300 000 plus car from a website because a dealer is not authorised to do so? Is that what my beloved VW is about? Like I quoted in my correspondence to VW customer services, Nokia became too big for the ordinary client and Samsung took that window of opportunity. I will rather go to Korea and be appreciated for my contribution whilst paying less, than gloat with a bottom of the food chain expensive VW and be treated like trash!
