Disturbing experience at VW Strydom Park

<p>Yesterday I witnessed a very disturbing incident which occurred at the VW Branch in Strydom Park. A women had brought her vehicle in for a service and was given a dealership vehicle for the day. Once she entered into the dealership to pick up her vehicle, she was met with a manager who terrorized her because of another motorist who called to complain about her driving. What was so disturbing is that she was never asked for her side of the story. Now, I ask this question, she was a young Indian female, would this manager treat the situation different if that was a White male/female? This manager needs to be dealt with in a severe manner for the way he spoke to this women. He had no right to embarrass her publically. It was very disturbing and I will no longer be giving this branch my business, I will also spread the work to my business contacts and network. This is unacceptable service VW!! </p>
