Dissatisfaction

Im really not impressed with the service ive been receiving from vw lenesia. I took my car in for service about a month ago and a few weeks later i started to hear a humming noise coming from the left side of the front wheel i then went back to go get it checked out and was told the problem is with the gear box and thats going to cost me between 15000 to 20000k so my husband then said they ahould not repair it we will get it fixed ourselves. I arrived at 6:55am in the morning to drop off my car and around 11:30 am i told them not to continue working on the car can they please send me a driver to pick me up so i can collect my car it's 15:30 and they still haven't picked me up i really have been inconvenienced because I don't understand why my car has been sitting there the whole day
