Dissapointing VW!

<p>My boyfriend bought a brand new VW Polo TSI during December 2015 and experienced problems with the car on 22 April 2017. Since the car was still under warranty he arranged for a tow truck to collect his car to VW Pretoria in Church Street on 24 April 2017. Till today (02 May 2017) we have not heard a thing from VW about what was wrong with the car. Until my boyfriend decided to call them today and ask what was happening. He spoke to Eric the Service Advisor who told him they found a fault in the car and have ordered a part which will only arrive on Thursday, 04 May 2017. In the meantime VW Churhc street have not had the courtesy to call him or arrange for alternate transport so he can get to work. This is so disappointing coming from such a huge and reliable brand to be treated like this.</p>
