Dissapointed and Poor communication.

My vehicle started over heating approximately 6 week ago. However the car was drivable as I went to Nelspruit. I firstly consulted my extended warranty which advised me to take the vehicle to VW Nelspruit. I took the car in and about 3 days later I received a call explaining that the car has a problem with the thermo stat and the fan. The quote came to R17000.00 and the warranty approved R7000 which left me liable to pay the difference of R10000. I gave them the go ahead and pay R9200. I was told the vehicle was going to be ready in 2 to 3 working days. That was not the case so I decided to follow up with a phone call. I was informed that my vehicle was ready for collection. So when time allowed it so, I called to confirm if I could collect the car. During that phone call I was told that my car is not starting. I was confused as I drove the car to VW and the technician at VW took the car for a test drive upon my arrival. I then asked to speak to the Supervisor in charge. He said that he would follow up with the technician to understand what happened. He advised me that I would not be paying any additional cost as I drove the car there. The technician told me that they changed the chain and sprocket and the car was starting, but it was mis-firing. A few days later I received a call requesting if they can open the cylinder head to check on it. I questioned if there would be any additional chargers, they said no. That is when I gave them the go ahead. A few days passed and I received a call from an advisor stating that the car would be ready soon and I will have to pay an additional +- R15000. I asked why would I have to pay any funds as I cleared this up with the Supervisor. I was told that my advisor had resigned and the new advisor told me that I have to pay. After many disagreements and much frustration she told me that I don't have to pay anything because the car came in driving. She told me that she will claim from my warranty. I received a claim confirmation sms from my warranty. I received a call from VW telling me that the car was ready for collection. I told them that I was on my way there and I was then told that they would test drive my car for +- 3 days and I was offer a courtesy car which I now have. I was then promised that I would received my car after 3 days. That was not the case. A few days later I received call from Tracker informing me that my car was in a High Risk area for High jacking. I then called VW to find out why. I was told that my car had been dented at VW and the reason for them taking my car with out my permission off VW premises as that they want to repair the dent. At this point I was furious. The latest is that I now have to pay +- R20000 since they did not agree with my warranty. My car is still at VW.
