dissapointed

<p>I purchased a brand new vw car in march and further realised that it has so many faults when I complained and I am not happy all they say is I'm going to take a loss which I'm not prepared to do I sent the car to be repaired so many times and now it comes back with a broken handle and a scratch I don't want the car iv told them and they have told me so many times that they going to structure new deals and until now they haven't got back to me</p>
