Dispute over brake discs

I own a 2016 VW Golf VII GTi TSI which I bought brand new. it was order from Uitenhage due to the specs that I wanted. The car has sensors to indicate when the Brake pads are worn out, which is part of the features we pay for I gez. First day, the car had problems with the Radio, it couldn't play and it took them almost a month to get it fixed. apparently the problem is uncommon to GTIs. around 9000 Kms, the car had some vibration when stopping, unfortunately there is no records. having said that, I suspect the disc was faulty. on the first service, it was not diagnosed. except that the brakes were getting worn out quickly besides the fact that it is GTi and my Driving style. 30 000 kms service I was told that my Discs were worn out and the brake pads too. at the time, I had not received any indication from the so called "sensors". I did indicate to VWSA that how possible is it that the discs would get worn out before the brake pads? which then supports my theory that the discs were faulty from the on set which then affected the brake pads. another concern is that the sensors did not even report any worn out brake pad until yesterday 31 July 2017. Perhaps the question is why do we pay for the sensors feature in the car if it does not assist as per its function on the car? My younger brother is driving BMW 3series which has the same feature. fortunately he received the warning and he could quickly replace the brake pads, well under maintenance plan of course. mind you, we paid the more or less the same. he has motorplan, I don't have. now VWSA says I must at least producse proof that I reported shaddering around 9000 kms, which I don't really get it because it does not explain why the sensors were working as they should.

I guess I have been too loyal to VWSA for too long and its time I move on and try other brands like BMW, Benz and Lexus. been driving VW cars for more than 9 years now but find the experience somewhat frustrating. Woudnt encourage one to spend that much comparing to the value for money in other brands.
