Dismal After Sales Service

I have recently purchased a Citroen DS5 through the Mastercars division of VW Strijdom Park.

The sales process ran smoothly till full payment of the agreed upon sale value. After which correspondence and sales courtesy fell terribly. (Additionally, the promised delivery date was delayed multiple times, to a total of one week.)

Issues that were picked up during inspection such as rim damage and scratches were addressed, however it was pointed out that the radiator fluid was not as per the standard required. It was agreed upon that this would be remedied.

Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I pointed out that the radiator fluid issue had not been rectified. However, I was told that Mastercars had scheduled a courtesy service as the vehicle had passed the recommended service interval and these issues would be addressed.

Mastercars said I would be refunded for the costs incurred for the service.

The vehicle experienced overheating on multiple occasions which resulted in having to pull over the vehicle, often in dangerous situations on the highway.

This necessitated the service been booked as soon as possible.

When the vehicle was booked into service at Citroen Rivonia, I was informed that the vehicle would need a new water pump that was leaking fluids. Had this continued, I would have experienced catastrophic engine failure.

As such, as the issue of the radiator fluid was discussed prior, I gave the go ahead to change the water pump as it was critical fault.

Upon receiving the invoice and forwarding it to Mastercars, the sales agent stated in an email that the invoice amount would be refunded as soon as I provided my banking details.

When the banking details were provided, the sales agent recanted the previous email and stated that Mastercars would only pay for the partial amount of the service.

I would like to draw Mastercars' attention to this matter as there is a clear email log stating these conditions will be fulfilled.

Kindly advise on how to amicably resolve this matter
