Dishonest Practice

<p>I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and both were bum deals. The first was a pre-owned Jetta. On this vehicle they undertook to have a couple of chip marks touched up on the bumper and to fit new tyres to the car. They did neither. The bumper was touched up with Tippex and the tyres, which had tyres on with sections of rubber broken out, were not replaced and the car delivered as-is. Then they mistakenly registered the vehicle on another customers name - 5 weeks to correct. Needless to say, after a lot of trouble they sent me touch-up paint and replaced the tyres, at that point ontly to discover that one of the rims had run over a side-walk and was so badly bent that it had to be repaired. So much for a Mastercar!</p> <p> </p> <p>The second car is a new Amarok. This was delivered to me with the following problems: at least 8 dents, painting imperfections, a leaking front door (lets rain in), a leaking back door (lets air in), dysfunctional front windows, Park Assist not working, running boards installed incorrectly, a loose earth wire which prevented the vehicle from starting on a number of instances, etc. It has been to the dealer to rectify on three occasions to no avail. The dealer has now referred me to VWSA who care less and insist that I pursue the matter with the Dealer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last VW to be bought from VW ever! Steer clear of this Dealer</p>
