Dishonest and Unprofessional Service – Not Worth Your Money

I took my Polo Vivo to Volkswagen Polokwane for a major service and a brake inspection, but I received the worst service. They claimed to have inspected and cleaned my brakes, yet all they did was cut the back cable tires and tell me that the rear brakes had issues—despite the fact that my car doesn’t even have rear brakes!

Now, they’re asking me to return and pay again for another diagnosis, even though the issue remains unresolved. My brakes are still making the same noise. This feels like clear exploitation of customers.

If you’re looking for value for money, Volkswagen Polokwane won’t give you that. They take people for granted and are dishonest, even with simple things—imagine trusting them with bigger responsibilities! I’m extremely disappointed with their service, and to make matters worse, Judy is now ignoring me instead of addressing the issue.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
