Dishonest

Took my car in for a service 18 Apr 19 only to realise towards the end of the day when I collected my car that I had forgotten my very expensive sunglasses on the passanger seat.... i contacted the branch immediately only to be told they didn't see anything literally was brushed off by the staff ... Due to the long weekend everyone was on holiday mode so I went back the Monday to check again once again was brushed off I waited a good 40 mins for the DP "Paul" who wasn't even interested to chat to me and got passed a message that "Brigit" would contact me as she is the "only one" who has access to the cameras. I am still waiting.... so disappointing that you don't even bother with feedback. We have purchased a number of vehicles over the years from your branch but I promise you that you have lost a customer as I am not prepared to deal with dishonest people. Your branch lacks customer service!
