Disgusting VW you associate with these people

In September last year, McCarthy VW Umhlanga sold us a 2013 accident damaged car with suspension issues. We were only informed of this when investigating and servicing the following week. They replaced the vehicle and subsequently did not sort out the finance details to the bank AND THEN 4/5 MONTHS later we got fines on the original vehicle still left in our name for months!! I approached the dealer principle who was rude , told me there was no one higher than her I could approach and refused to give proof the fault was rectified and told me to contact the bank directly. Se did not even apologize without me asking and sent all her communication via email without calling me. I DEMAND TO SPEAK WITH HER DIRECT REPORT OR WILL GO TO THE OMBUDSMAN OR CONSUMER WATCH. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. YOU MAY THINK THEY SOUND REPUTABLE - THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT THAT!! I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SPREAD THE WORD.
