Disgusting service from VW The Glen

If I had an option I would not even give 1 star to this business. To Paul Boyes and Francois Branders from VW The Glen I would like to say never have I seen or experienced such poor regard for loyal customers. Clearly the only aim of this dealer is profit on top of profit since customers takes no preference to you. If I knew a few months ago what I know now I would have never even walked into that dealership. This is probably my biggest regret Ever. There was no attempt to even try and meet me halfway or even compromise somewhere instead brushing me off or plain down ignoring me has been the order of the day from VW The Glen. Even Nicky De Villiers the sales lady only responded when I followed up., it's like it was my duty to beg for feedback or service. I have never felt more disappointed than now that I was literally **** to by this business. To think I was referring family and friends there but I will never ever recommend VW The Glen to anyone ever again. Worst experience I have been through ever!!!!!!!!!
