DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM VOLKSWAGEN SA and McCARTHY VOLKSWAGEN PAROW!!!

I am posting this in an effort to understand why I am receiving such torrid service from McCarthy Volkswagen in Parow, Cape Town. My vehicle has been with them since 31 Jan 2020. Apparently, due to the fact that I am not a regular at that specific branch, I do not qualify for a courtesy car. I approached Volkswagen South Africa with regards to this, and was met with yet another dead end-I was informed that this was an independent branch and they had no jurisdiction to intervene-yet, they are representatives of Volkswagen.

My motor was outsourced to Remtek and neither them nor Volkswagen gets back to me. I literally have to call them to find out what is happening. Now i am told that Remtek is awaiting a part from Volkswagen, but Volkswagen can't give an indication as to when the part will be arriving-granted, I understand that we were under lockdown, but we have been on Level 4 for almost 3 weeks-surely by now they can at least be able to tell clients when the part could be expected. This is absolutely atrocious service. So incredibly disappointed in Volkswagen as a whole-to think that not even the mother company is concerned about client service.
