Disgusting Service

Worst experience ever! poor service, honestly never been so disappointed as a paying client.

Was involved in car accident on the 31st of August 2023, 3 months down the line I still don't have a car. VW is unable to give me an ETA on when the panel beaters can expect to receive the parts, in order for them to continue with repairing the car. No communication whatsoever from their side and when I annoy them with numerous e-mails, I still get a "NO ETA" response. To say I'm disgusted with the service I've received so far would be an understatement. I'm at a point where I wish I could trade the car and move to another service provider! so that I may never have to deal with VW SA ever again.
