Disgusting service at VW Constantia in Roodepoort

I bought a car at VW Tavcor in PE, I got the car at the end of February. I drove it for 2 months and it was not long before it broke down.
I was leaving work and went to try to start the car and it did not start. The car was blinking EPC warning and
immobiliser light was also on. I did not know what those meant at the time and I thought it was a battery issue.
I called my insurance and they sent someone to jump start the car.
The car did not start and the gentleman told me there is no spark and the problem was with the engine.
The car was towed to VW Constantia in Roodepoort. The following day, I was told to bring my spare key and the problem seems to be with the key. I did not hear from them
after that until I called and was told they do not know what is wrong with the car,key was not the issue and they have ordered a part in Germany for my car to see
if it will fix the issue. Of Course the part took it's time to get here and meanwhile, I do not have a car. VW has not tried to assist me with alternative transport
during this period. The part finally got here and I was told after I called them that it did not fix the issue, they have ordered
another part for me. They think the person that jumped the car, blew up some part in the engine.
This is very confusing to me as this was not the first time this particular person jumped a car so why would mine break when he does it.
When he came, EPC and immobiliser icons were already blinking. Besides, it did not come with a warning to never jump start it or will break the engine.

To my frustration, I finally escalate the issue to VW SA and the said they would call the dealership where my car is in to follow up and arrange means for a meantime
transport. But apparently the whole of that
branch has one car and unfortunately for me, someone else already had that car. No one calls me to tell me anything, when they tell me every time that they will
call me at the end of the day or tomorrow. None of that ever happened until I call them myself to find out what is going on.

I am so frustrated, this a 2 months old brand new car and I am dealing with such issues. Had I known, maybe I would have been better off with a second hand car
and problems like these would be anticipated. Not only have I spent a lot of my airtime calling them as no one even bothers to give me feedback until I call,
the last of it was I was told in very clear unsympathetic terms that I was more than welcome to take legal action as VW is under no obligation to provide
me with a car for use in the meantime. This I find very concerning because I am aware that they do have clients on loan car, they just can’t find one for me.
I’ve been more than patient with them and all I get is this never-ending run-around. It is more than a month now and still no one can tell me what the problem is.
It can’t take them buying replacement parts until they figure out what’s wrong with my car, so seeing that their first uneducated guess was not correct and they’ve
now ordered another one which they are still not sure if it will work or not, am I to wait until they’ve replaced all the parts in the car one by one or will they
find me a mechanic who knows what they are doing and fix my goddam car?? I am very ****ed off and seriously not amused by this whole circus,
as I on the other hand am paying for this car that I’m not using and paying another to take me to and from work.
Had I known the nonsense that follows when you have a breakdown I definitely would not have bought a VW ever.
When you respond, please save your phony apologies, you had the whole month to fix it so please spare me the sorry for the inconvenience nonsense just tell me how
you plan on fixing my car.
