Disgusting Service

I took my vehicle to VW Weltevreden Park and my consultant was Palesa who was supposed to be assisting me and providing me with feedback,my issue with the vehicle is the gear lever that gave me an error when I drive on a down hill or up hill it would say I must service P or something to that nature.Dropped my vehicle at the dealership as I was not sure if I must continue to drive it or not and I do a lot of travelling due to my work and at the time they couldn't assist me with a courtesy car and I understood,I requested Palesa to find out for me if its safe for me to use the vehicle seeing that I would be left stranded she spoke to the technician who advised that yes I can come collect the vehicle and use it nothing will happen I then went in on Monday to collect it and Palesa assured me that parts will be ordered and she will contact me to bring in my vehicle its 2 weeks later nothing has happened ....my issue is still not resolved my vehicle is still giving me the same error ...Im so disgusted by the service that I am receiving from VW Weltevreden Park.If anything was to happen to me whilst travelling they are to blame I have been using this dealership for over 5 yrs and this is a first and its appalling.
