Disgusting service

absolutely disgusted with the service we received. ******* unacceptable service that is non rated!!!!!!!!!!

Escalation to VW SA Head Office didn't even shake them up.

No amount of words could even begin to describe the disgust we feel right now.

Just to add to that senior managers are never reachable they for some reason not around or on leave!!!!!
