DISGUSTED CUSTOMER AT VW MCCARTHY UMHLANGA SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Very disappointed i was only contacted on Friday after my incident and compliant for poor service, no call since Friday, tomorrow will be one week since the incident took place and no feedback. This tells me as customers we mean nothing and the staff at service department of McCarthy VW Umhlanga can mock a customer and not assist and make fun of me and VW allows this, i have no feedback and its Tuesday i am very disgusted as to the way i was treated and this is unacceptable and will not tolerate this!! I have been with VW since 2015 and it would be a very bad rating if I share with my fellow family member what transpired and they will also change their vehicles if this is how VW treats its customers.
