Disgusted at vw Mc duling

Disgusting.... My fiance took his vw there where they sorted the aircorn... We then realised that the aircorn was still not functioning correctly. We took the vehicle back. They told us that they will check out the aircorn. They called us back to tell us it needs to be regased we told them not to regas right now as we didn't have the funds they came back telling us we need to pay them R1000 for diagnoses. We opted to speak to the manager as Noone had informed us that we needed to pay 1000 jus for them to tell us they is no gas. We asked them if we can pay the 1000 of they said that they will hold the vehicle. I appeal to clients that want to visit this vw to be careful that you not conned also. No ethic for such a big company. Yes you can charge whatever you want but inform people about your fees!!!!!
