disgusted

I bought a used car from master cars vw claremont sales man was Ivor . Dealing with him from the day the sale took place i traded in my old car and from the pay out there was an amount owed to me which i was told would be paid by 26/05/2015 it is now friday 29/05/2015 and this morning i had spoken to the manager Ryan he told me that because of the the car i had bought and that car was not yet settled i will have to wait.now the agreement i had with the sale man and the F n I Irene was once my traded in car was settled i would be paid now im giving different stories as to why im not been paid which i dont see how it has anything to do with the agreement i had from day 1.. I will not refer any person i know to buy a car from them..such bad service once the deal is through very bad.
