Disgraceful Service

Been having problems with not one but Two of our VW vehicles. Dealership VW Pine Street Durban say a window and door that does not open is a "safety feature" escalated the issue to VW SA....two weeks of constant reminders and threats of legal action still no response. Last night being Diwali, where we should be spending tym with family, we were left stranded on the side of the road for two hours because the "safety feature" decided to kick in, in the middle of our trip. Vehicle completely shut off and had to be towed away. Most pathetic, *********** and disgraceful customer service. They quiet frankly give a damn. One of their agents even had the audacity to tell me that he will bet his salary that the dealer principle will win any argument with me and dat he can guarantee that if I leave my car there thinking VW will rectify the issue I can be assured I will come back and fetch my car, basically tail between my legs!!! Do not buy a VW you will regret it!!!
