Disgraceful case managers and scripted conversations with your consumers!!!!

I have been dealing with them since 2023.

I have logged multiple tickets for assisting me with my brand new vehicle at the time. We are now in 2025 and the issue is still persistent. I have delt with many case managers and this was not resolved.

Thembela is my new case manager and she always reads a script to me regardless of how many times I have comp**** with the process. They have repaired the issue off my brakes squeaking / not gripping.

Four times with Weiss Vw recently. However this issue is ongoing and intermittent. They refuse to establish that it may be a manufacturing issue or to even recall the vehicle.

I am stuck with this vehicle and the repair process for two years. How is this assisting me , I am in a position where my life is in danger and I’m in distress with the horrible service and disrespect I received from the dealer and Vw Sa.

The case manager Thembela even cuts me off , screams on top me while I’m trying to converse my frustration to her.

As well as the dealership misadvises her about the times and she is quite nasty to me. Yesterday the 28th she said the technician is sent to me I told her I’m not aware of the time of when this will transpire and she said she understands but not accepting the fact that it’s the 5th time with the same issue.

Further I have missed my meeting at 9 am and not able to travel with the vehicle.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the I have lost faith in Vw. I thinks it’s the worst experience and most horrible vehicle I have driven.

I won’t recommend anyone to purchase from Vw Ballito or to even deal with Vw Weiss or Umhlanga. Furthermore don’t even consider Vw Sa to assist with the matter you will end up like a clown and allowing your money to be wasted. Contact the ombudsman instead.

There is no fairness or assistance for consumers. Don’t be fooled by the dealerships and their management as they are here to continue to rob customers and belittle us.

As for Vw Sa they are as good as puppets and they don’t advocate for the consumes which is a complete disgrace!!
