Disappointing service for VW financial services
I am currently a customer who owns a 2019 polo vivo 1.0tsi GT spec. I am interested in getting a maintenance plan on my vehicle therefore I've called VW financial services and also called VW customer care to assist me in getting a maintenance plan for my vehicle. Today is the 4th of August however I've been speaking to various different consultants from last week Thursday which was the 30th of July until today and still have not gotten anywhere close to meeting the desired outcome. I've been told to get a quotation from the VW dealership for the maintenance plan and then they will be able to assist financing me , I've done exactly what I was told to do however after getting the quotation done I called VW financial services back to assist with the finance once I called in I was continuously transfered back and forth to several departments and each department kept telling me it's the wrong department and they will transfer me to the correct department and up until now I still haven't spoken to anyone who can actually help me. I am really disappointed due to the fact that I was with Toyota financial services prior and their service was on point Everytime I called in for assistance. Because of this experience I really regret selling my Toyota and buying a vw. Ive spent so much on calling VW time and time again and kept getting transfered from department to department in some instances my airtime ran out and had to top up and then start the entire calling and holding process again. In times like these companies and valuing customers as there is very small opportunity for businesses to make money therefore they should not take customers for granted as we can easily move our business and support else where. I am tired of calling in asking for help now. VW needs to call me i am even slightly important as a customer.
