Disappointing sale

It has been almost 1 year since I purchased a car from VW Rivonia. It was sold having a \full service history, manual book and working spare keys\" none of these exist and the remote that was ordered has not been coded and therefore does not work - as well as the actual key is not even attached to the remote. There has also been a number of issues with the electronics and I was told that they cannot be held responsible for this.<br> <br> When I escalated this to the manager I was told that they have good service and cannot be held responsible for any of the issues as the car is old and i should rather follow a legal route. This is not customer satisfaction."
