Disappointing Experience with VWSA and Kuby VW Weiss

I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of support and refusal to honor a repair claim for my VW Golf's seat. Despite having only 48000km, VWSA and Kuby VW Weiss insist that the damage is due to outside influence. This premature wear is unacceptable for a vehicle of this quality and mileage.

I hope that VWSA and Kuby VW Weiss will reconsider their decision and fulfill their obligation to repair the seat. Customers should not have to face such challenges. #VW #PoorCustomerService #DisappointedCustomer
