Disappointed with poor communication from Volkswagen finance

I'm still waiting for a proper response for the email i sent on 31 December 2025. Please assist with a summary of the total amount paid for the vehicle loan, in addition, please indicate how much I have paid towards the interest for the vehicle loan.

All I received was a statement NOT a response to my question. I sent a follow up email without any response.
