Disappointed in this brand

<p>For many years i have had all of my vehicles serviced at Constantia Kloof and the service has always been spot on. till now, took my car through for 15000km service and i had asked the aircon to be checked as well. A whole day my car stood there and overnight and i get not one phone call to put my mind at ease from my service consultant/adviser Monique - she found it very normal for me not to have a car for a whole day - not even offering a courtesy vehicle. Missing work and meetings. When you phone in receptionist either transfers you without filtering the call or cuts you off - Service Manager is always in meetings - Which is an obvious white lie to cover their poor service</p> <p>Well done VW Constantia Kloof - This is the perfect formulae to loosing clients and brand reputation - i should consider moving to Toyota soon before my next service </p>
