Disappointed

So I purchased a new vehicle at VW in klerksdorp in September the 17th to be exact, service leading up to that day wonderful. So I've had my vehicle for about a month and I don't drive it that often as I stay close to my work place and I really only travel with it during day time when I visit my family in Gauteng. I'm not a fast driver as I'm very weary on the road, nevertheless one of my tyres, the one on the left passenger side to be exact has like a bump on and the was made aware of it by the guy who washed my car and communicated that it could be potentially dangerous. And because my vehicle is still new, contacted VW or the person who assisted me when I purchased my vehicle and he has been very helpful, but in this regard he was very nonchalant about my concern. I mean he also said it be dangerous, but VW won't do anything about it. I've had this vehicle a month and I'm not a negligent driver. So I'm very afraid for my life when driving the vehicle, when I've told something could potentially happen. But my dealership won't assist me in fixing the problem, before it comes really life threatening.
