Disappointed

I bought a brand new polo 6 tsi just before it first service the car overheated and it wasn't drivable then it was towed to the dealer 3 weeks ago and now VW warranty does want pay saying its was my negligence, because the car gave me coolant warning lights yet all the warning lights became on before the incident.
