Disappointed

Worst experience ever, bought a used car from VW Barons at V&A Cape Town. Collected the car service light on, sales person told me I need to service the car, had the car for a month picked up a few problems with the car, right side mirror loose, front and back brakes made a noise, gears felt loose, window wipers was old and worn, drivers door made a sound like it's loose (Rubber broken on door). Within the month breaks was metal to metal, I phoned VW V&A to complain. They gave me a loan car to use, 2 months went by, didn't receive any feedback from no one. On the 3rd attempt through all this complaints trying to get hold of the Dealer principle, twice In a meeting, receptionist took my details, he never phoned. Today I heard his in Johannesburg. Very frustrated as. I feel I don't want this car anymore. There's no help anywhere. I now need to end up taking this car that I don't know what other problems it comes with. So so much more to my complaint. From the sale, too waiting 4 weeks for my license plates.
