Demo T Cross Whining Noise Low Speeds NO HELP

I bought a demo VW T Cross 1TSI 85kW April 2023 with 5000km on the clock. I additional added and paid for maintenance plan to vehicle. When driving between 40km/h and 60km/h on gear 4 and gear 6 low speeds the gearbox makes a prominent whining whistling noise. Sounds like metal on metal rubbing each other sound. I have taken the vehicle to 2 different VW car dealerships in 2 different provinces and escalated to VW SA. No one wants to help me. When i read up on Internet there is similar issues as mine on other T Crosses aswell. They came to conclusion faulty gearbox in Europe. I told the dealership i live in small town where max is 60km/h so i often hear the noise. So buying demo, having a maintenance plan with warranty and no one wants to help. My advice just do not buy VW.
