Delay in repairs

My car has been with Palm Motors for almost 3 weeks now. Now to fix my car they said they are investing a wrong part been ordered. Why will my car repairs delay because of their inefficiency. I question them but they did not give me a clue as to when the car will be repaired. How am i supposed to get to work because of their inefficiency. I wasnt even offered a curtesy car as in my insurance plolicy. Someone is really not doing his work. Soo ****ed right now.
