Defect VW Polo

I bought a new vehicle from palm motors last year August and since then i haven't had any joy out of it, it has been problems after problems. First it was a strange noise that has been coming from the engine and up to this day it has not been fixed the of late there has been an oil-leak that has been confirmed as factory fault though it has been fixed by replacing the oil-sump. they have been telling me story after story and now they saying the car is fine it does not have a problem at all while they acknowledged the problem when i first took it to them. They now forcing me to come collect a car that I'm not feeling comfortable with and its reliability is also questionable.
