<p>I'm struggling to understand that the service is R1457 for labor and then there is still a diagnostic test + other work items that I would see as part of the interval service.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition, the work is R214.80 to replace the brake light ????? Total R4,142.50 with VAT. I tried phoning the service consultant three times and he did not return my call once. After the "gold plated" brake light was installed I still get a warning light that the light is not working. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been driving Volkswagens for 9years now and this is by far the worst service experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's a Volkswagen Polo that was served at McCarthy Volkswagen Menlyn.</p>
