We were incredibly disappointed with the vehicle maintenance plan that cost R9,300. We never used it on our brand new vehicle due to relocating back to the U.K. within the first year. Having lost the warranty, they were not going to meet anywhere on the maintenance knowing full well they were never going to have to do any work for us! ****************, shame on you VW SA, Walk away, buy another brand of car, it’s the last we’ll be buying from them. May karma prevail and social media work it’s magic.
