Hi,<br> <br> To whom this may concern ,<br> <br> As per my discussion with you previously I did inform you that my Aircon was working and only to realize that after the re gas it wasn't in working condition.<br> <br> How can a reputable coming that commits to providing customer satisfaction BE PASTING THE BUCK, if you read below you are making a decision based on <br> assumption , when I took my vehicle home I called you and you informed me that I should bring my car in , only to realize that I will be passed over to another Service Advisor which was Hirschela , I was informed by Hirschela that you do not have stock of the part and on my next service I should bring my vehicle in, I was still understanding and took her word ,only to know that I will be referred over to ****ha . if this is a company you say you are why is this not run in a professional manner ? The day I called you with my query all necessary notes should be on my account , because I deal with you guys on a regular bases.Now they are refusing to fix my car although it was they fault.<br>
