Damages to my car

I am so disapointed in volkswagen rola herm****. I phoned them to come and fetched my car for a quotation. My waterbottle was loosing water somewhere and the water was disapearing somewhere. I asked them to check what was wrong and to give me a quotation. They came to fetch my car and it was driving fine. After 3 weeks they phoned me and said the rings on the pistons has ceased and must be replaced but they are sending the car away to engeneers in capetown. After two more weeks they phoned and told me they will fix the car for R50 000. I told them no. When i collect my car some of my parts was missing, my dipstick was gone and still are. My exhuastpipe was missing and after i phoned them got it back. Valves was gone and they did not know where it was. I had to try buy them from them but they could supply me and i had to get some from write off cars in sc**** yards. The coils in my car was switched with broken ones. Alot of damage was done to my car and the real problem was only the waterpipe was broken and had to be fixed. Now i have more damages done to my car by volkswagen and they dont reply to my emails.
