Damaged of Goods

Dear reader<br> <br> My Name is Hlengiwe Ndlovu staying in Ermelo with contact no: ***. In November 2014 took my car (2009 VW Tiguan 1.4 TSI with registration FBK 077 MP) to Ermelo VW after it would not start shortly afrer a series of service intervals on 15 October 2014. On my arrival to the dealership, I was advised to leave the vehicle with them for their indepth diagnosis on the cause and extend of the mechanical fault. On my numerous enquiries on the matter, they would not tell their finding until 06 January 2015, they told me to buy a new engine at R51 000, when i said i cannot afford that amount they reduce it to R45 000. In March 2015 was told to fetch my car as they did not have a space for its storage. When i got there to have it towed, I was astonished by the condition of the vehicle, It was discarded(with no engine nor gearbox in the bonnet) to a worthless vehicle body. When I enquired, I was told that they were going to re-assemble the stripped parts only if I had paid for the new engine.<br> I contacted VW SA on their feedback on 21 March 2015 I was told to pay them for the new engine or stay with the engineless and gearboxless vehicle
