Damaged My Car

My husbands car went in for its Very First Service on the 19th March 2015, He bought a new polo vivo trend at VW in Claremont we have the car for less than a year. VW in Claremont gave him a call informing him they damaged both passenger and driver side fenders and they would inform him as to when he should bring the car back for them to fix it.<br> <br> Till this day we Have not heard anything from VW and my husband is furious about his car and the fact that no one has gotten back to him.<br> <br> Please be advised the car is less than a year with us and we are utterly disappointed.We refuse to pay for a damaged car and a car that needs to be fixed. WE bought this car at VW brand new and I am not going to accept the fact that we need to pay money for a car that should be fixed.
