damaged Good Sales

<p>On 2014-11-18 I bought white Polo Comfortline 1.4, from Prince Skosana who was my Sales man.</p> <p> </p> <p>Within a week that i bought the car front suspension was making funny noise, when I'm turning the car noise, the Car dont have Spare key and it was not level on front i had to adjust bonnet to make it to look better and did not have warrant.</p> <p>When i discovered the defaults i made appointment with Prince so that He can see what i was complaining about, He ran away told His Colleagues to tell me that he is not feeling well he went to see a doctor.</p> <p>i had to fix and drive the car i was using it for work, After every two (2) weeks i had to take the car for Wheel Alingment because at VW McCarthy Menlyn, when i took it there to be fix suspension i was told that the is Part that was suppose to be taken off the car but was just fix, it was the one that was causing all the problems to suspension.</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked it for 60 000 Kilometres Service, just after it came back it broke Gearbox when i report that Prince and His Boss told me to pay the amount to fix the it. I told them i'm not the one who bumped the the car infact i was'nt even informed before i buy the car that is was involve in an accident and i only drove the car for a year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Till today my car is parked at their Dealership its been a year now when i speak to them they not showing any efforts of assisting me, as this is inconviencing me because now i'm asking for lift at work or take a taxi and i'm still paying for that car.</p> <p> </p> <p>plaese assist me with this matter i would really appreciate that, thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p>kind regards</p> <p>Lethu Gomba</p> <p> ********** </p>
