Customer Disservice

I've been in contact with VW SA for over two months. <br> <br> Extreme effort on my side has yielded very little and unfavourable results. Having to constantly fight for service and speaking to service consultants who respond to confrontation about inept service by reciting phrases such as \at Volkswagen we certainly strive for better service"and \""we certainly hope we can turn this experience around\"" has become tiring"
